Privacy Policy
Superfocus Privacy & Security Policy
This Privacy & Security Policy is applicable to data that we, Team5, Inc. dba Superfocus (“Superfocus”), collect from our customers and users of our application.
Our Service
Superfocus’ service can be used through: 1) our Web Application (WebApp), https://app.superfocus.ai, and 2) our API, https://api.superfocus.ai, (together, our “Service”). See our Terms of Service, located at https://superfocus.ai/terms, for information on use of our Service. WebApp: Our WebApp is for customers to review, test and provide feedback on our Service. API: Customers deploy our Service in production via our API. The API allows customers to integrate our Service into their systems and applications.
The Data That We Collect
We collect two basic types of data, Personal Data and Non-personal Data (“Collected Data”).
Personal Data: Personal Data is data that could individually identify you. If you access our Service through our WebApp (access is limited to customers for internal review, testing and feedback), you may be asked to provide your email address. We may use your email address to facilitate login and authentication, for other security purposes, to associate you with your Service Data, or to contact you when necessary. We do not collect any other Personal Data through our WebApp. We do not collect any Personal Data through our API. We store and use Personal Data only in cryptographically hashed form. We do not store or use Personal Data in its original, human readable form.
Non-personal Data: Non-personal Data is data that, by itself, does not personally identify you. We may collect four types of Non-personal Data: Usage Data, Cookies, Organization Data and Service Data. Usage Data: If you access our Service through our WebApp, we may collect information that your browser sends whenever you use our Service (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include your device’s IP address, operating system, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We do not collect any Usage Data through our API. Cookies: If you access our Service through our WebApp, we may use Cookies to track your activity. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser and stored on your computer or device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Not accepting Cookies may impact some or all portions of our Service. We do not collect Cookies through our API. Organization Data: We may collect data that our organizational customers provide to us including, but not limited to, information about their products and services, guidelines, policies, protocols, procedures and non-personal information from their customer records (“Organization Data”). Our Service may draw from Organization Data to perform its functions. Service Data: We collect data submitted and generated in the course of using our Service (“Service Data”). Service Input Data includes messages from users or evaluation feedback; Service Output Data includes messages to users or data related to digital processes triggered by our Service.
How We Use Collected Data
We use Collected Data to provide, maintain and continue to build our Service, improve our Service, send you important information, provide customer support, monitor usage, detect and address technical issues, secure our Service, enforce contracts, investigate violations, protect rights, deter and investigate fraudulent activities, prosecute or defend legal claims, comply with laws and legal processes, and fulfill any purpose for which you provided it.
We do not use Collected Data to build or train foundation AI models.
When We Share Collected Data: We do not disclose Collected Data to any person or entity outside of Superfocus except in specific circumstances, such as when necessary for third party services, contracts, investigating violations, protecting rights and safety, fraud and legal compliance, or to comply with applicable law.
How We Secure and Protect Collected Data
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to secure and protect all Collected Data. Still, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our internal systems and databases are hosted privately on industry-leading and widely used cloud platforms. Databases have no public access, internal communication uses virtual private cloud, external access is limited to VPN or cloud platform methods, OpenIdConnect authentication is used for WebApp users, and API keys for API access. Access is restricted to TLS.
Heightened security protections apply to Personal Data, which we only store and use in cryptographically hashed form—not in its original, human readable form.
How Long We Keep Collected Data
If you terminate or delete your Superfocus account, we will delete any Personal Data and Organization Data that we have collected from you.
Children
Superfocus is not intended for children. If you are under 18, you may use our Service only with parent or guardian supervision. Our Service is not directed to anyone under 16. If you become aware that your child under 16 has used the Services, contact us at info@superfocus.ai and we will delete their personal information as soon as possible.

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, covered by GDPR.
